Go to Trackmasterpro.com or download the APP. Click sign up and enter your IMEI number which can be found on the side of your device. Fill in a few details like your name and password and you’re ready to go.

On the Website: Go to Settings > General >Object and click the + symbol in the bottom-left corner. On the App: Navigate to Settings > Object, tap the three dots in the top-right corner, and select Add.

On the website, go to Settings > Master >GeoFence, then choose a fence type (Polygon, Rectangle, or Circle) from the top right to draw your fence. Enter a name for the fence (home, work, mam’s house) and select the vehicles/trackers that you want to associate with it. On the app, navigate to Settings > GeoFence, tap the three dots in the top right, and select Add. Fill in the details, choose the fence type, adjust the size using the outer arrows, and move the shape using the centre arrows.

On the tracking page, select the vehicle/tracker that you wish to track. On the website, click Playback at the top centre of the screen. On the app, press the blue play button on the right-hand side, then select a timeframe or use the custom option to enter your own time/date range you would like to view.

Within 24 hours of creating your account, driver behaviour alerts will be set up. To receive these alerts and access the driver behaviour widget, simply activate the device using the commands function. Select the driver behaviour alerts you wish to receive and activate them by sending the "On" command. If you wish to disable driver behaviour analysis, you can use the "Stop" command at any time.

The "Send Command" symbol </> can be found on the live tracking screen on both the website and the app. For Android users, it may be hidden behind the three-dot menu.

Every vehicle is different so settings can be adjusted. For example to set the overspeed alerts the command ‘SPEED,ON,97,1#’ is displayed. If you want the overspeed alert to be triggered at 70mph just change the command to SPEED,ON,70,1#

Yes, from the tracking screen you just need to press the ‘share symbol’ (3 connected dots) and decide how long you wish the link to be valid for and enter the email address where you would like to send the link.

Absolutely! You can create multiple subuser accounts, allowing each person to have their own login credentials. You can also customise access permissions for each user, so you can restrict certain features, like adding/editing alerts or viewing reports, as needed.

Simply create a TrackMaster Pro account and connect the tracker to your vehicle. During the initial setup, it’s best to be outside in an open area to ensure a strong GPS signal and connection to the mobile network. The device may take a few minutes to establish a connection before displaying your location, however often this only takes 30 seconds or so. Once connected, you’re ready to start tracking!

When logging in either via the APP or website you will find a ‘forgot password’ link. Click this and follow the instructions on the screen.

Parking Mode is a security feature that enables continuous monitoring of a selected tracker/vehicle. When activated, the system tracks the vehicle's status and sends alerts if it is moved from its parked location, providing enhanced security and peace of mind.

First, set up the Light Alarm alert on the platform. Then, locate the light sensor on the device—it is covered by a black sticker. Simply remove the sticker to activate the sensor.
